WWII veteran with PTSD, Michael Kaiser, has fallen into the atomic waste that was dumped in Phantom Lake! Professor Jackson and his graduate student, Stephanie, have found a mutated spider-frog due to the pollution! And a group of carefree teens are enjoying the recent high school graduation with a camping trip to the lake!

Sounds like everything is right on schedule for this '50s-style monster movie send-up from Christopher R. Mihm!
