MRE Developers Meetup

World Builders Tour

People Interested

Mixed Reality Extensions (MRE) are user-written software programming for use in AltspaceVR worlds and events. Join other world builders and MRE developers to learn more, exchange tips, and ask questions. Meetup hosted by Dargon, leader and educators in innovative MRE development.

MREs are used to enhance the virtual world experience and include examples such as costumes, opening doors, elevators, in-world games, slide and video projectors, and even blowing up the sun. Let's talk about development, hosting, tools, interactivity, features, and everything you need to know for the new and seasoned developer.

We'll have a web projector available for anyone who wants to share their current work.

The Educators in VR World Builders Team explores world building tips, techniques, and world tours regularly in AltspaceVR and other platforms to support world builders, educators, students, and businesses exploring the metaverse and virtual world building.

Educators in VR's World Builders Team offers world building tips and techniques in free and paid workshops through the Educators in VR Institute. Sign up there for more information.

Educators in VR is dedicated to integrating VR, AR, and XR into education and business. We host over 800 VR free and paid events, classes, workshops, and conferences annually covering all aspects of education. Educators in VR was formed in 2018 when educators came together to solve their common challenges, and has grown to over 4,000 members from around the world, and over a dozen Team Projects (special interest groups).
