Welcome to All! Welcome to this signature special edition, Environmental Mindfulness Wellbeing practice. You will participate in a guided imagery transcendence mindfulness practice with a focus on mindful breathing, listening, reflecting, and observing. This practice will include the Rainbow practice, focusing awareness on the four elements, earth, air, fire and relationality with our planet Earth, with focused presence to our thoughts, physical bodies and virtual embodied experience. in VR. Participants will learn a simple breathing practice during this tour. A brief Q and A will follow this experience. Silence will be honored and observed when entering this experience.
