Come to understand psychologically how motivation works, what’s going on underneath it all for you personally and how that helps you reach your goals. During the event you will hear a little bit about the science of motivation, participate in a visualization, and walk away with tools that you can start using right away.
This event is led by Polly Mortensen, a licensed mental health counselor and certified rehabilitation counselor. She is amazing at what she does, and such a joy to be around! We will all walk away from this event inspired and ready to flex our motivation muscles.
