Daniel Dyboski-Bryant is a life-long educator specializing in virtual and augmented reality, immersive technologies, 360 media, teacher training, communication and languages. He speaks 5 languages.

He is a founder and director of Educators in VR, a membership-based community of educators, trainers, researchers and startups who meet, share and collaborate in and with VR and AR across multi-user platforms. Here Daniel is also working on a remote VR learning network. His driving aim is to continually explore, test and develop immersive educational resources and methods that democratize education actually deliver improved learning results.

Recently Daniel joined the board of the Virtual World Society as well as becoming Director of Virtual Education and Platforms there. In this capacity he is involved in shaping their flagship project, the Learning Living Room.

A fundamental shift is occurring in education. Once a top-down static practice of information transfer, learning is now about the dynamic act of knowledge creation. Students are not just content consumers but also content contributors and content creators.

Students in VR, an Educators in VR project, is an organization that supports, highlights and connects students who use spatial computing to create the lessons, environments and worlds in which they live and learn. Emerging technologies have finally caught up with the creativity and genius of youth. We are here to support that creativity and genius through the Student in VR international conferences and chapters.

Students in VR: Students in VR Website is a student-led and produced project from Educators in VR presenting meetups, workshops, and conferences for and with students across multiple VR platforms.
