Virtual Worlds and Mindfulness: Presence and Compassion in VR and Beyond!
As lifelong learners and creative minds, we can embrace virtual reality and engage with it in a way that supports empathetic, meaningful connections. What does this look like in action, and how can mindfulness and wellbeing practices fit into our daily life, in and out of VR? As part of this interactive talk, we'll investigate ways that virtual reality can serve as a "connection engine" that deepens appreciation, understanding, insights and imagination.

Students in VR, an Educators in VR project, is an organization that supports, highlights and connects students who use spatial computing to create the lessons, environments and worlds in which they live and learn. Emerging technologies have finally caught up with the creativity and genius of youth. We are here to support that creativity and genius through the Student in VR international conferences and chapters.
