PAST EVENT

Dana-Maria (CaptainVR) professional personal development coach invites people to share tools, techniques, and tips for managing your stress level and encouraging positive decision-making, helping you improve the quality of your life and business through immersive technologies and beyond.

This evening we have Martijn Holtes talking and doing a #WimHofMethod breathing session for the first time in #VR. Never to late to start using marvelous new possibilities in the best time for event organizers to get people on board! Who is Martijn? Martijn facilitates professionals to take charge of their daily lives by providing insights, strategies and tools that will permanently improve their productivity and effectiveness.

One of the methods he uses is the Wim Hof Method. His teachings on this subject focus on how to deal better with stress and how to build mental toughness. According to him, the concept of mental toughness is often misunderstood.

Mental toughness is having the courage to be who you are in every part of your life. To do what it takes to get all your given potential into the world. And to build that resilience, you want to embrace the discomfort that comes with it. Martijn trains participants on the Wim Hof Method on how to better deal with stress. He teaches the same techniques that Wim used to break more than 20 world records. the key message: Feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.

If the time is now to go NEXT LEVEL with your business, relationship, or physical performance? Then you want this method in your toolbox

With over 30 sign-ups for his event you can join in with your PC, Tablet, Phone or of course fully immersive in VR via Oculus Go/Oculus Quest/HTC Vive and the 10 other headsets that are an option.

This is an open discussion, not a therapy session.
