As VR grows in both popularity and importance, copyright (and other intellectual property issues) will play a more pronounced role in it. Whether it's creating a work that's based on other projects, the use of "real world" art in a VR setting or just good old-fashioned piracy, the VR world needs to get savvy about copyright. The plagiarism expert, Jonathan Bailey of PlagiarismToday and CopyByte, will share his expertise and thoughts on protecting the right of virtual intellectual property.

A copyright and plagiarism consultant with 15 years of experience, Jonathan Bailey works with rightsholders large and small to help them avoid infringement, better protect their work and generally be smarter about IP. Through the site Plagiarism Today, he has published over, 4,000 articles about content misuse issues and works both an a consultant and expert witness in the field.
