Jim Intriglia, Principal Owner / Spatial Computing Analyst, Jim Intriglia Enterprises, LLC
Jim Intriglia recently completed a year-long deep dive into the study of VR and applications based upon professional mentoring and coaching and VR spaces and avatars for business use. He will discuss and share informational VR references and resources to educate, train and be a source of competitive recreational entertainment for general aviation pilots of fixed-wing gliders, applicable to the business world in general.
Jim Intriglia's focus in on enterprise healthcare IT consulting, application development, and spatial computing with virtual reality application development for business and professional applications. He is a Solutions Engineer with Checkpoint Tehcnologies and Senior Business Systems Analyst on the ETC TIA IV&V Test Team with the US Department of Veterans Affairs.
Career Exploration Through 360-Degree Media
David Grandison Jr, Director Of Instructional Design, Yellowbrick
Creating platforms that empower motivated learners to explore and develop their passions is important to prepare young people for future careers. Partnered with the best brands in media, culture, and education, to develop online courses that demystify industries like Music, Fashion, Sneakers, and Sports and provide certificates that provide an advantage in competitive industries, David Grandison Jr. will discuss the use of 360-degree tours of workplaces like design studios, sneaker factories, arenas and exclusive music studios along with 360-videos with celebrities and industry leaders to open the door to insider knowledge and workplaces many young people have never experienced. He will explore use cases and best practices on using project-based learning activities coupled with these immersive tools to create mobile-friendly media to help a new generation of talent discover career paths that are aligned with the things they love.
David Grandison is an award winning multimedia producer and documentary filmmaker, and Director Of Instructional Design for Yellowbrick where he has Produced Complex x Parsons Streetwear Essentials Program, Complex x FIT Sneaker Essentials and Billboard Magazine x Clive Davis Institute Music Industry essentials where he is pioneering 360-degree workspace tours to help young people learn about careers in these industries. David also produced the film Electric Roots, on Detroit Techno featuring world renowned DJ’s Black Coffee and Richie Hawtin in 2014. It made its premiere in the Cannes film festival for Short Films. Part 2 of this project on the history of Detroit Techno is called God Said Give Em Drum Machines that will premiere this summer.
