Inclusive Presentations in VR for People with Disabilities

Thomas Logan, CEO / Owner, Equal Entry

XR technologies opens the door to people with disabilities in ways rarely imagined before. Thomas Logan will provide best practices on how to create online immersive presentations that are accessible to people with disabilities. XR technologies have moved quickly, often avoiding the technologies that will ensure that all people can participate in a virtual environment. Learn how to ensure XR stays inclusive.

Thomas Logan has spent the past seventeen years assisting organizations to create technology solutions that work for people with disabilities. Over his career, Thomas has delivered projects for numerous federal, state and local government agencies as well as private sector organizations from startups to Fortune 500s. He is the owner of Equal Entry, whose mission is: "contributing to a more accessible world." He is also co-organizer of Accessibility New York, a monthly Meetup for people interested in topics related to accessibility and people with disabilities. Thomas lives in Tokyo, Japan.

Can Olcer of Kosmos School is building a K-12 school that exists only in VR. Why? It allows for a more flexible and significantly better education system with improved access, lower costs, and access to a wide range of educational opportunities. Can Olcer is creator and founder of Kosmos School, developers of educational VR games like "Science Simulations." He was also co-founder and CTO of Chimpy, a power bank rental company.
